Cheddar and Herb Monkey Bread

This monkey bread is so easy and fast to assemble, thanks to canned biscuit dough. It is also very versatile and can be changed to suit your family's taste. I made my monkey bread using sharp cheddar cheese, chives, parsley, and garlic. Everyone loved it and the bread looked so beautiful when it came out of the oven.

I flipped the bread out of the bundt pan onto a plate and then flipped it over again so the beautiful top showed.

Fresh chives, parsley, and cheddar cheese give this monkey bread a delicious savory flavor.

Ingredients-
2 (16 oz) cans refrigerated Jumbo Buttermilk Biscuits; brand does not matter
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 large cloves garlic, grated; adjust to your liking
1/3 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
1/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Liberally grease the bottom and sides of a 9in. to 10in. bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.

In a small bowl add the grated garlic and butter, stir to combined. In separate small bowls or plates, place the chopped chives, chopped parsley, and cheese. (You could also combined all the ingredients if you like, but I kept all three of my toppings separate.)

Cut each jumbo biscuit in half and roll each half into a ball. Dip the balls into the butter and then roll in desired coating. Alternating coatings as you go. I also left some of the biscuits plain, only dipping them in the butter. Arrange the biscuits in the bundt pan so that the coatings are alternating.

Bake for 25-35 minutes, until the biscuits are fully cooked and golden brown. Allow the monkey bread to cool slightly before inverting it onto a plate. After turning the monkey bread out onto a plate, I turned it over again so the golden brown top was showing. Enjoy!

Note: Use whatever herbs and cheese your family likes, you could also use nuts or seasoning mixes such as Ranch mix or seasoning salt. You can make more then three varieties of flavored biscuits as well. The options are endless!
